Pumpkin Spiced Cocoa

Ingredients

16 ounces full fat coconut milk ½ cup pumpkin puree 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup 3 tablespoons vanilla ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Gently warm taking care not to boil.

2. Use an immersion blender to combine until light and smooth.

3. Pour into individual cups. Add a dollop of whipped cream and extra cinnamon on top. Serve hot.
