Raspberry Nice Cream

Ingredients

2 bananas 1 ½ cups frozen raspberries 2 teaspoons vanilla 3 tablespoons almond milk, or milk of choice plus more as needed

Instructions

1. Peel, slice, and freeze bananas.

2. Place frozen bananas and raspberries into a food processor; add vanilla extract and almond milk. Blend until creamy.

3. You may need to add one or two tablespoons of milk, to achieve a thick smoothie like consistency.

4. Serve immediately (soft-serve) or transfer into a dish or plastic container, cover with a lid, and freeze for 2 hours.
