Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 pound mixed mushroom, of choice (Portobello white cremini shiitake etc.) 3 tablespoons coconut oil 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Cut mushrooms into large bite-sized pieces.

3. In a large roasting pan, toss mushrooms with melted oil and season with sea salt, and thyme.

4. Spread the mushrooms evenly in the pan and roast for about 10 minutes.
