Roasted Okra

Ingredients

4 cups okra 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ¾ teaspoon sea salt, to taste ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. Remove stem ends from okra and discard. Slice okra in half lengthwise.

3. Spread in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until desired level of crispness.
