Roasted Portobello Mushroom "Buns"

Ingredients

4 portobello mushrooms extra virgin olive oil sea salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 450F.

2. Wipe the caps clean with dry paper towels.

3. Remove stems and brush gill side with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4. Place caps in a single layer, gill side up, on a baking sheet. Roast for 10-12 minutes.

5. Remove from oven and use as buns for your favorite burgers.
