Rosemary Garlic Pork Loin

Ingredients

4 teaspoons minced garlic ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons dried rosemary 1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. In a small bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, and rosemary.

3. Place pork tenderloin on a baking pan and season with salt and pepper. Cover pork with the oil mix, using your hands to rub the garlic and rosemary onto the meat.

4. Place in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 140F.

5. Remove from oven and let pork sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
