Rosemary Infused Sparkling Cranberry Cocktail

Ingredients

1 cup coconut sugar, or sucanat 1 cup water 4 sprigs fresh rosemary 1 bottle unsweetened cranberry juice 1 bottle Prosseco, or sparkling wine 1 bottle vodka

Instructions

1. Stir together coconut sugar, water, and rosemary in a medium saucepan over high heat.

2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, and boil for 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and let stand 30 minutes.

3. Pour liquid through a wire-mesh strainer into a glass bottle, discarding rosemary sprigs. Cover and chill 4 hours. Syrup may be stored in refrigerator up to 1 month.

4. For each glass: In a shaker add 1 oz. vodka, 4 oz. cranberry juice, 1/2 oz. simple syrup & shake.

5. Pour into champagne glass 3/4 full and top with Prosecco.

6. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
