Salsa

Ingredients

½ small onion 2 cloves garlic ½ bunch cilantro 1 jalapeño pepper 14 ounces diced tomatoes 1 lime 1 teaspoon honey ⅓ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste ¼ teaspoon cumin 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Instructions

1. Peel and roughly chop the garlic and onion; chop cilantro. Deseed the jalapeño. Drain the tomatoes. Juice the lime.

2. Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached.

3. Transfer to fridge and use within a week.
