Sausage Patties

Ingredients

1 pound ground pork 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon fennel seeds 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon ground black pepper ½ teaspoon ground sage 1 teaspoon sea salt ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons avocado oil

Instructions

1. Combine pork, garlic powder, and all spices in a large bowl. Mix until uniform.

2. Using clean hands, form pork mixture into 2 ounce patties (golf ball sized).

3. Place avocado oil in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for approximately 3–4 minutes per side until lightly browned and cooked through.
