Sautéed Kale, My Way

Ingredients

1 bunch kale 1 small red onion 3 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

1. Thoroughly wash kale. Remove and discard stems. Mince the kale.

2. Heat a deep sauté pan with olive oil. Add red onion; salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic, and cook another minute.

4. Add all the kale.

5. Add 1/2 cup of water, and cook for 5 minutes.

6. Repeat that last step two more times.

7. Remove from heat, and mix in the lemon juice.
