Sesame Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh ginger ½ cup extra virgin olive oil 6 tablespoons honey 4 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons coconut aminos 2 teaspoons minced garlic 2 teaspoons sesame oil 4 teaspoons sriracha, optional sea salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Peel and grate ginger.

2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
