Shredded Beef Crispy Tacos

Ingredients

2 medium avocados 3 medium green onions 1 head romaine 2 cups shredded beef ½ cup coconut oil, as needed taco seasoning, to taste 2 tablespoons lime juice 12 taco shells 2 cups salsa

Instructions

1. Peel, pit, and slice avocados. Dice green onions. Slice the lettuce into strips. Shred beef.

2. Heat 1/4 of the oil in a pan. Add beef to warm and season with taco seasoning to taste. Remove from heat and top with lime juice.

3. Melt another 1/4 of the oil in a large skillet until a white foam begins to form. Place a single layer of tortillas in the pan, cover, and cook until warmed.

4. Remove to a plate and repeat with remaining tortillas, adding more of the oil as necessary.

5. Serve tortillas topped with beef, lettuce, green onions, salsa, and avocado.
