Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients

2 pounds shrimp 2 tablespoons avocado oil 2 cups ketchup ΒΌ cup horseradish, or to taste

Instructions

1. Peel and devein the shrimp.

2. In a pan, warm oil over medium high heat.

3. When the oil is shimmering, add the shrimp and cook, turning occasionally until completely opaque - about 3 minutes.

4. Transfer shrimp to a bowl and place in refrigerator until chilled, about 30 mins.

5. Mix horseradish into ketchup to your desired kick.

6. Serve in a bowl surrounded by well chilled shrimp on ice.
