Simple Glazed Ham

Ingredients

2 pounds ham, nugget ⅔ cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate ¼ cup water 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon grainy mustard ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1 pinch ground cloves

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Place the ham in a large roasting pan, fat side up.

3. Whisk all other ingredients together.

4. Brush over the ham.

5. If your ham is labeled 'fully cooked', heat for 8-10 minutes per pound, or to an internal temperature of 140F. If the ham is labeled 'cook before eating,' heat to an internal temperature of 160F. Baste every 20 minutes or so with the sauce.

6. If desired, brush extra overtop and broil to make the glaze golden.

7. Allow the ham to rest out of the oven for 15 minutes before slicing across the grain into thin slices.
