Slow Cooker BBQ Pork

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless pork shoulder ¼ onion 1 tablespoon minced garlic ½ cup chicken broth ¼ cup apple cider vinegar ⅓ cup molasses ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice 1 teaspoon celery salt ½ cup tomato paste 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard ½ teaspoon horseradish paste

Instructions

1. Sear all sides of the pork in a pan over medium high heat.

2. Peel and finely dice the onion.

3. Combine all other ingredients in slow cooker and mix well.

4. Place pork, fat side down, in slow cooker.

5. Cover and cook on low for at least 8 hours.

6. Check around 6 hours (if possible), and when pork easily pulls apart, shred it into the sauce.

7. Remove large chunks of fat and serve.
