Slow Cooker Ham

Ingredients

2 pounds ham ½ cup apple juice 1 tablespoon mustard ¼ cup pure maple syrup ½ teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon nutmeg 1 cup water

Instructions

1. Place ham in slow cooker.

2. Combine apple juice, mustard, maple syrup, ginger, and nutmeg, then pour over ham. Add water.

3. Slow cook on low for 6 hours.

4. Remove from slow cooker, slice, and serve.
