Slow Cooker Shredded Beef

Ingredients

⅓ bunch cilantro 2 pounds beef chuck roast 4 teaspoons minced garlic 2 tablespoons lime juice ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar ⅓ cup white wine ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil 4 teaspoons cumin 2 teaspoons peppercorns 2 teaspoons dried oregano 2 teaspoons sea salt, to taste

Instructions

1. Mince cilantro. Cut beef into 3 inch chunks and place in slow cooker.

2. Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, wine, olive oil, cumin, peppercorns, oregano, and salt well.

3. Add everything to the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours until meat pulls apart easily with a fork and an internal temperature of 145F is reached.
