Ingredients

½ onion 1 ½ cups cooked black beans ½ pound ground beef 1 cup frozen corn 14 ounces tomato sauce 14 ounces diced tomatoes with green chiles 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, plus more to taste

Instructions

1. Peel and dice onion. Drain and rinse beans, if necessary.

2. Brown ground beef and onions in a large pot over medium heat.

3. Once ground beef is cooked through, stir in remaining ingredients. Let cook for 15-20 minutes.

4. Season with extra salt and pepper, as needed. Serve and enjoy!
