Spaghetti Noodles

Ingredients

6 quarts water 1 tablespoon sea salt, more to taste 1 pound gluten-free spaghetti, or gluten-free pasta of choice 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, optional

Instructions

1. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Once water is boiling, add salt.

2. Add spaghetti to boiling water while stirring to prevent it sticking together.

3. Cook pasta according to instructions on the package.

4. When pasta is al dente, drain water.

5. Place spaghetti back in cooking pot and add olive oil. Using tongs, toss pasta to melt oil and coat pasta. Taste and add salt as needed.
