Spiced Brazil Nuts

Ingredients

parchment paper 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary 1 cup Brazil nuts 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, or oil of choice ¼ teaspoon nutmeg ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Chop rosemary.

3. In a bowl, toss Brazil nuts with oil, rosemary, nutmeg, and salt. Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.

4. Roast for 15-17 minutes, stirring the nuts once or twice.

5. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.

6. Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to a week, or in the fridge for up to a month.
