Spicy Cashew Cream Sauce

Ingredients

1 ½ cups raw cashews ¾ cup water, plus more to thin sauce if desired 3 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 tablespoon sriracha, plus more to taste ¾ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste

Instructions

1. Place cashews in a bowl, cover with filtered water, and soak for one hour. Drain and rinse well. Peel garlic.

2. Place all ingredients in a blender.

3. Blend until creamy, taste for flavor adding extra chili sauce if needed.

4. Thin with water to desired consistency using one tablespoon at a time.

5. If you find it's too watery add a few cashews and blend again until smooth.

6. Store leftovers in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
