Spicy Mango Salsa

Ingredients

2 mangoes 1 red bell pepper ½ red onion ½ jalapeño pepper 3 tablespoons cilantro 2 tablespoons lime juice sea salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Peel and chop mango into small pieces. Chop bell pepper into small pieces. Peel and dice red onion. Finely mince jalapeño pepper. Finely chop cilantro.

2. Combine mango, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium glass bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and stir to combine.

3. Serve immediately or cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!
