Sriracha Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

12 eggs ΒΌ cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons sriracha sea salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, optional 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds, optional

Instructions

1. Boil the eggs, then let cool for at least 1 hour in the fridge.

2. Peel and slice open the eggs. Remove the yolks and set aside.

3. Mix the yolks with the mayonnaise and Sriracha. Add the salt and pepper. Combine the mixture until smooth. Add rice vinegar to reach the desired consistency.

4. Spoon the filling into the egg halves.

5. Garnish with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
