Steamed Brown Rice

Ingredients

1 cup brown rice 2 cups chicken broth, or water

Instructions

1. Rinse rice well.

2. Bring rice and broth to a boil in a pot over high heat.

3. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, cover, and let cook 40-45 minutes, or until rice is fluffy and the liquid has been absorbed.

4. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 10 minutes.

5. Fluff rice with a fork and serve.
