Ingredients

2 large bananas 1 cup frozen cauliflower 2 cups frozen strawberries 4 tablespoons protein powder, of choice 4 cups almond milk, or dairy free milk of choice 2 cups mixed berries, of choice ¼ cup granola, optional

Instructions

1. Peel bananas, slice, and freeze overnight.

2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth; add a little extra milk if required.

3. Pour into bowls, top with 1/2 cup fresh berries each, and add granola if desired.
