Taco Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing

Ingredients

For the taco meat: 1 pound ground beef 2 tablespoons taco seasoning For the salad: 1 head romaine 2 avocados 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 2 cups cherry tomatoes 2 cups tortilla chips ¼ cup creamy avocado salad dressing, or more to taste

Instructions

1. For the taco meat: Heat a large pan over medium heat. Sauté ground meat with taco seasoning until meat is cooked through. Remove from heat.

2. For the salad: Chop lettuce. Peel, pit, and slice avocados. Dice bell peppers. Combine salad ingredients in bowl.

3. Add cooked taco meat, toss with creamy avocado dressing top with crushed tortilla chips, and enjoy!
