Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

1 clove garlic 4 lemons 1 teaspoon garlic powder ¾ teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste ½ cup tahini ¾ cup water

Instructions

1. Peel garlic. Juice lemon.

2. With the s-blade and the attachment to add liquid drop by drop, place fresh and powdered garlic, sea salt, tahini, and lemon juice in food processor too. Blend well.

3. Add water in a slow drizzle until the sauce is the consistency of a thick cream. Add additional sea salt to your taste. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
