Thai Peanut Chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts ¼ cup peanut butter 2 tablespoons tamari 1 tablespoon lime juice ½ teaspoon ginger, grated 2 tablespoons peanuts, crushed

Instructions

1. Place chicken in the slow cooker.

2. Mix peanut butter, tamari, lime juice, and giner.

3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.

4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

5. Garnish with crushed peanuts.
