Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients

¼ onion 2 tablespoons sweet pickles 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup, or raw honey ¼ teaspoon sea salt ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Peel onion. Mince pickles and onion as finely as possible.

2. Place all ingredients in a pint sized jar, and combine well. Taste and add more chopped pickles, sea salt, and/or black pepper, if desired.

3. Store in the fridge till ready to serve.
