Tomato Basil Salad

Ingredients

3 tomatoes 1 bunch fresh basil 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil balsamic vinegar sea salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Slice tomatoes about 1/2 an inch thick, and chop basil.

2. Arrange tomatoes on a plate, top with chopped basil, olive oil, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper to taste.
