Turkey Chef's Salad

Ingredients

For the salad: 5 ounces cherry tomatoes 1 avocado ½ bunch fresh basil 1 pound cooked turkey breast 8 ounces baby salad greens 7 ounces roasted red peppers 4 ounces kalamata olives For the dressing: 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil sea salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. For the salad: Halve cherry tomatoes. Cube avocado. Tear basil leaves. Slice turkey breast.

2. Divide all salad ingredients between plates.

3. For the dressing: Whisk together vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper and drizzle on top of salad.
