Turkey Roll Up Lunch Box

Ingredients

1 avocado 12 slices sliced turkey 2 cups coconut milk yogurt 1 cup blueberries 1 cup almonds, or cashews

Instructions

1. Cut avocado into slices. Lay one slice of avocado on each slice of turkey and roll turkey. Divide evenly between lunchboxes.

2. Divide yogurt evenly into sealable containers. Divide blueberries and almonds evenly between lunchboxes.

3. Berries and yogurt may be combined or enjoyed separately.
