Turmeric and Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

1 pineapple 4 ounces spinach 2 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk ½ teaspoon ground turmeric ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

1. Cut up the pineapple and chop into bite-sized pieces. Chop the spinach.

2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the smoothie between glasses and serve immediately.
