Veggie Crudite

Ingredients

1 head broccoli 1 large cucumber 6 stalks celery 6 carrots 2 red bell peppers 1 cup ranch dressing, or homemade dairy free ranch dressing

Instructions

1. Wash all the veggies.

2. Slice the broccoli, cucumber and celery. Peel and slice the carrots. Deseed and slice the red bell peppers.

3. Serve with ranch for dipping.
