Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients

½ cucumber 2 cups cubed watermelon ½ cup frozen raspberries 1 cup coconut water 1 cup ice cube 1 tablespoon honey, or less to taste

Instructions

1. Peel and coarsely chop the cucumber. Cube the watermelon.

2. Place all ingredients (except for the honey) in a blender on high until well combined.

3. Drizzle in honey to taste - it should help to brighten the flavors but not over-sweeten the drink.

4. Pour into cups and serve on a hot day.
