Zucchini Hummus

Ingredients

2 zucchinis 2 lemons ½ cup tahini sauce ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for garnish ¼ teaspoon garlic powder 1 ¼ teaspoons cumin sea salt, to taste ground black pepper, to taste paprika, to taste 2 tablespoons pine nuts, optional

Instructions

1. Peel and chop zucchinis. Juice the lemons.

2. Combine all ingredients in the base of a food processor, and process until smooth.

3. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, scattered pine nuts, and a sprinkle of paprika and Greek Meze Dippers on the side (in recipe box).
